Xu Yunkai

Xu Yunkai is the Director of the Administrative Review and Litigation Bureau at the Ministry of Justice in China. He has recently been in the news for discussing the significant increase in administrative review cases in the past year, highlighting that 90.3% of these cases were resolved without further legal disputes. Xu is currently involved in revising the implementation regulations of the Administrative Review Law to improve the mechanisms for resolving administrative disputes.
