Xun Nvshi

Xun Nvshi is a resident of Tuanjie New Village in Qilian Mountain Town, Inner Mongolia. She recently came to public attention for her efforts to address severe water shortages affecting her community during a particularly hot and dry summer. In June, she posted a plea on the 'Leadership Message Board' seeking assistance for the lack of irrigation water that was threatening local agriculture and the daily lives of villagers. Her call for action led to the local government deploying water trucks to alleviate the immediate crisis and initiated plans for long-term water supply solutions.
