Y. Halilu

Justice Y. Halilu is a judge at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja, Nigeria. He recently gained media attention for issuing an interim injunction that restrains the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its acting National Chairman, Umar Damagum, from expelling Senator Samuel Anyanwu from the party, following recommendations from the National Disciplinary Committee.
