Ya'ir Rozulio is an emergency medical technician who responded to a tragic incident in Be'er Sheva where a three-year-old boy was found unconscious in a locked car. As part of the medical team from MDA, he provided critical care and attempted resuscitation efforts before the child was transported to the hospital.
