Yacouba Lingané

Yacouba Lingané is the technical advisor to the governor of the Djôrô region in Burkina Faso. He recently praised the launch of the National Employment Strategy's dissemination campaign in his region, encouraging local stakeholders to fully embrace the strategy and its employment creation measures aimed at both rural and urban populations.
