Yacouba Pagbeleguem

Lieutenant Yacouba Pagbeleguem is the coordinator of the Service Régional des Sports, des Arts et de la Culture (SRSAC) of Oubri, a position he has held since the service's inception on January 18, 2024. With a background in sports management, he has successfully overseen the development of sports infrastructure and organized various community-building activities for the Forces de Défense et de Sécurité. Under his leadership, the SRSAC has achieved significant milestones, including winning the Coupe de Madame le Gouverneur in 2025 and promoting solidarity initiatives for the families of fallen police officers.
