Yael Yifrach

Yael Yifrach is a French-Israeli chef, journalist, and social activist who has made significant contributions to consumer health awareness in Israel. After relocating from France to Israel in 2015, she launched the app 'Kesefanu,' modeled after the successful French health app Yuka. With a master's degree from a prestigious business school in Paris and experience in the culinary industry, Yifrach aims to empower Israeli consumers by providing them with detailed health ratings for food products based on their nutritional value. As a mother of three living in Jerusalem, she is passionate about tackling issues related to consumer rights and the high cost of living in Israel.
