Yair Frish

Yair Frish was one of the Israeli travelers kidnapped in Kashmir in June 1991. After a heroic escape attempt initiated by his friend Erez Kahana, Frish managed to survive the ordeal, although he was later captured by a local militant group during his attempt to flee. His resilience and eventual return home highlighted the dangers faced by the group during this harrowing experience.
