Yair Shneor

Yair Shneor, a 42-year-old Haredi from Bnei Brak, is a former combat soldier in the IDF's Nahal Brigade and currently serves in the reserves with a search and rescue battalion. Since the outbreak of the war, he has completed nearly 300 days of reserve duty and is expected to reach 350 days with the current mobilization order. Yair, who is married with two children, expressed his frustrations regarding the government's funding of flights for Haredim to Uman while many reservists like himself continue to serve during the holidays.
