Yakouba Yabao

Yakouba Yabao is an officer in the human resources department at the Office National de l'Eau et de l'Assainissement (ONEA) in Burkina Faso. He was in the news for encouraging public participation in the maintenance of newly planted trees and promoting the presidential initiative to plant more trees as part of a broader effort to address climate change and improve environmental conditions in the region.
