Yakubu Emmanuel

Yakubu Emmanuel is a Sergeant in the Nigerian Police Force who, along with three other officers, has been accused of extorting money from Dr. Musa Adamu Aliyu, the chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, during an unauthorized traffic operation.
