Yamandú Lessa

Yamandú Lessa is a retired colonel of the Uruguayan Army who served as the head of the Army's Institutional Communication Department. He was notable for his role in shaping the public image of the military during his tenure before being succeeded by his former deputy, Carlos Paiva, in March 2017.
