Yana Kobzova

Yana Kobzova is a prominent figure in European security policy, serving as one of the directors of the European Security Program at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR). She has also held the position of senior researcher at the council and has been an external political advisor to Slovak President Zuzana Čaputová from 2019 to 2024. Previously, Kobzova worked as the director of policy at Rasmussen Global, the consultancy founded by former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
