Yang Chang-jong

Yang Chang-jong is an assistant research fellow at the Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR) who has provided insights into the potential for mixed benches of civilians and military jurists to improve military judicial processes in Taiwan, while also advising on the role of armed forces personnel in civilian court trials.
