Yang Dengning

Yang Dengning is the Vice President of the China Export-Import Bank (China EXIM Bank), where she has been actively involved in discussions with Sri Lankan officials regarding the financing agreement for a major expressway project. Recently, she met with Sri Lanka's Deputy Minister of Finance, Dr. Anil Jayathilaka Pranandu, to focus on the progress of the financial agreement related to the Central Expressway Project, which aims to complete the signing of the amended financial agreement before August 2026.
