Yang Yuanmei

Yang Yuanmei is an enterprising farmer from Paixiao Village in Xiangxi, Hunan, who has successfully established a cooperative to cultivate over 500 acres of 'Golden Autumn' pears. Since returning to her hometown to pursue entrepreneurship in 2017, her cooperative's annual output value has surged from a mere 30,000-40,000 yuan to over 400,000 yuan by 2024, contributing to the local economy and showcasing the agricultural potential of the region.
