Yanina Montero Bogantes

Yanina Montero Bogantes serves as the Director of the Technical Body of the Comisión para Promover la Competencia (Coprocom) in Costa Rica. She has been vocal about the challenges facing the organization, particularly the paralysis stemming from the lack of appointments by the Government Council, which has hindered the ability of the Superior Body to function effectively.
