Yanina Portillo

Yanina Portillo is the director of the Municipal Women's Secretariat in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. She has been actively involved in providing support and assistance to women victims of violence, especially in a context where such incidents are alarmingly high. Recently, her work has been hindered due to a cut in fuel vouchers that are essential for the operations of her department, limiting their ability to reach and assist vulnerable women in the city.
