Yaryna Mruts was a dedicated combat medic in the 210th Separate Assault Regiment, hailing from the Yavoriv region of Lviv Oblast, Ukraine. At just 26 years old, she made the courageous decision to join the military following the loss of a close friend. A gifted student, she accelerated her education and pursued a medical degree at Vinnytsia National Medical University. Initially rejected by military recruitment, she persevered and eventually served as a sanitary instructor before rising to the rank of officer. Yaryna was known for her exceptional talent, hard work, and compassionate nature, earning the respect and admiration of her comrades. Tragically, she lost her life on the frontlines, leaving behind her family, including her parents and three younger brothers, as well as a fiancé, and dreams of traveling the world after victory.
