Yazmín

Yazmín is a 14-year-old student at MAIA, a pioneering school in Guatemala focused on empowering indigenous girls through education. Having struggled in her previous public school, Yazmín has experienced significant academic growth at MAIA, where she has improved her reading comprehension and science skills. She aspires to achieve a high level of education, aiming for a university scholarship to study abroad and ultimately hopes to build a better home for her family.
