Yehudit Hagi

Yehudit Hagi is known for being a supportive figure during the harrowing events surrounding the kidnapping of her neighbors, Ilana Grichowsky and her partner, Matan Tzangoker, by Hamas militants. On October 7, 2023, when the attack occurred, she and her husband, Gadi Hagi, provided shelter to Grichowsky as they attempted to evade capture. Sadly, Gadi was later killed during the assault, and Yehudit's story highlights the personal tragedies faced by families affected by the conflict, as well as the bravery of those who try to help others in dire situations.
