Yerlyn Zúñiga Céspedes

Yerlyn Zúñiga Céspedes is the Executive President of the National Institute of Women in Costa Rica. She has come under scrutiny alongside Minister Cindy Quesada Hernández for her administration's perceived failures in addressing violence against women, particularly in light of increasing femicide rates and inadequate policy responses.
