Yevdokiya is a 62-year-old resident of occupied left-bank Kherson region, who has faced the challenges of living under Russian occupation since the onset of the full-scale invasion. Despite the dire circumstances, including the loss of family members and the impact of war on her health, she remains committed to her family, particularly her son and newborn grandson. Yevdokiya has witnessed the shift in her village as many residents fled, while she and her family chose to stay, grappling with the complexities of survival and the ongoing threat of persecution for their Ukrainian identity.
