Yevgeny Baranovskiy

Yevgeny Baranovskiy is a Belarusian official and the Press Secretary of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, previously serving as the Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Department. He became widely known for his connections to opposition figures during the 2020 protests and was implicated in the 'conspirators' case against them, where he facilitated meetings that ultimately led to their arrests.
