Yevgeny Khlebnikov

Yevgeny Khlebnikov is a Ukrainian military officer with extensive combat and management experience, currently serving as the head of the newly formed 'small' air defense command under the Air Force of Ukraine. He has a background in anti-aircraft missile units and previously worked in the General Staff focusing on the development of air defense systems. Khlebnikov gained recognition for his leadership during the defense of Kyiv and Chernihiv, where he managed the deployment of Bayraktar drones, and he participated in operations to liberate Snake Island.
