Yinpiao Zhou

Yinpiao Zhou, a 39-year-old Chinese-American citizen, was arrested for allegedly flying a drone over Vandenberg Space Force Base in California and taking photographs of the facility. He was charged with violations related to national defense airspace and attempting to conceal his drone as he prepared to board a flight to China.
