Yisharg Feld

Yisharg Feld is a community-oriented individual who has dedicated her career to helping Ethiopian immigrants in Israel integrate into the workforce. As the daughter of Ethiopian immigrants, she has a personal connection to the challenges faced by her community. Yisharg worked with a company called 'Olim Beyahad', which assists Ethiopian Israelis in finding meaningful employment and has recently joined her brother in a new venture aimed at fostering business connections between Israel and Ethiopia. Through her work, she emphasizes the importance of cultural identity and networking to empower the younger generation.
