Yitzhak Harush

Lieutenant Colonel (Res.) Yitzhak Harush served as a security officer responsible for inspecting aid trucks entering Gaza from Jordan. Harush tragically lost his life in a recent attack at the Allenby crossing, where he was shot and stabbed by an assailant who had been contracted to drive a humanitarian aid truck. His son, who is also serving in the reserves, was present at the crossing during the incident but was unharmed.
