Yitzhak Senses

Yitzhak Senses, 70, is a school guard who made a remarkable change in his life by committing to a healthier lifestyle. After reaching a weight of 68 kilograms, he decided to follow his son's lead and joined the Abrahamson Institute. Since then, he has lost 20 kilograms and feels significantly better, actively engaging in healthier eating habits and even incorporating light running into his routine.
