Yochved Lifshitz

Yochved Lifshitz is an 85-year-old woman and a resident of Kibbutz Nir Oz, Israel. She was notably kidnapped alongside her husband, Oded Lifshitz, during an attack on their home. Yochved was later released in a prisoner exchange deal. Together with Oded, she had built a vibrant life in Nir Oz, including a unique cactus garden. Yochved is a mother and grandmother, and her experiences during the traumatic events have deeply impacted her family and community.
