Yon Garini

Yon Garini is a 32-year-old entrepreneur residing in the agricultural community of Idan in the Arava region of Israel. He is involved in a family-run distillery, 'Mizkakat Arava', which produces alcohol from dates, utilizing fruit that is often discarded due to appearance. Alongside his distillery work, Yon is also engaged with the 'Derech Lotan' organization, which supports at-risk youth through therapeutic journeys in the desert. He is passionate about sustainable practices and aims to grow his business into a family venture.
