Yoni Shmariz

Yoni Shmariz is a resident of Kibbutz Gaza who has become a symbol of resilience and community solidarity in Israel following the tragic events of October 7, when his brother was kidnapped during the Hamas attacks. In the wake of his brother's death, Yoni founded an organization to honor his brother's memory and support community unity, emphasizing the importance of collective strength and compassion amidst tragedy.
