Yossi Klar
Yossi Klar is the founder of the non-profit organization 'Matayatzim El Hadag', which aims to assist graduates of the Haredi education system in joining the Israeli military outside of Haredi-specific frameworks. Having grown up in a Haredi community and transitioned away from it, Klar has firsthand experience with the challenges faced by Haredi individuals seeking to serve in the IDF. He previously served as an assistant in the IDF's Haredi Integration Department and co-founded 'Yotzim LeShinui', which helps individuals leave the Haredi community and integrate into Israeli society.
