Yu.L. is a previously convicted individual from Jizzakh region, who was recently implicated in a fraudulent scheme involving the promise of job placement in South Korea. He allegedly collected $11,000 from a citizen, U.F., under the pretense of facilitating a visa through contacts at a migration agency, ultimately pocketing $2,300 from the transaction.
