Yuan Tiefang is a 70-year-old resident of Yuanqiao Village in Dengfeng, Henan Province, who gained recognition for his enthusiastic participation in local micro-short films. As the village's party secretary, he played a vital role in transforming the village into a thriving cultural tourism hub. His initiative to gather fellow villagers to participate in film productions has not only revitalized the community's economy but also showcased their traditional skills. Under his leadership, the village has seen significant increases in income and tourism, with over 40 micro-short films filmed on location, reflecting a successful blend of tradition and modern media.
