Yuan Yongtao is the director of the Cultural Relics Management Office in Tang County, Hebei province, and has been actively involved in the development of the 'Journey to the Capital' revolutionary cultural heritage theme route, which commemorates the historical journey of Mao Zedong and the Central Committee in 1949.
