Yuber Arbey Vera Vera

Alias 'Yucas' or 'Limón', Yuber Arbey Vera Vera is a notorious leader of the armed group known as Estructura 36 of the disbanded FARC. He was captured on August 23, 2023, following violent incidents in Amalfi and Cali that resulted in the deaths of 20 individuals, including 13 police officers.
