Yulian Rivera

Yulian Rivera is the manager of the Banco de Costa Rica branch located in Mall San Pedro. He was involved in the investigation of a case where a customer, Gabriela Peterson Lizano, lost a significant amount of money due to a banking scam. Rivera informed Peterson that the transactions were executed using her own access credentials, absolving the bank of responsibility for the theft.
