Yuliya Bliznyuk is a Belarusian judge, recently promoted to the Minsk City Court, and is known for her controversial role in politically motivated trials against opposition figures in Belarus. Sanctioned for her involvement in the political persecution of Belarusian citizens, she has imposed harsh sentences on numerous individuals for political offenses.
