Korotkov was celebrated for his work on films such as 'Accident: Daughter of a Cop,' 'Country of the Deaf,' and '9th Company,' blending genres and often focusing on themes of love, which he considered the highest form of storytelling. In 2010, he received the prestigious Golden Eagle Award for his screenplay for 'Hipsters.' He passed away at the age of 69, leaving behind a legacy of memorable cinematic narratives.
