Yuri Morozov

Yuri Morozov is a prominent Belarusian businessman and politician, known for his role as the head of the pharmaceutical trading company 'Belpharmais' and as one of the founders of the Belarusian-German enterprise 'Belpharm'. He has a political background that includes serving in the Secretariat of the Council of the Republic and the House of Representatives from 1997 to 2004. In addition to his business and political activities, Morozov served as the honorary consul of Belarus in Mexico. Recently, he has been in the news following his conviction in Minsk on political charges, resulting in a five-year prison sentence in a high-security facility, alongside his wife Marina, who also faced legal repercussions.
