Yuri Qusev

Yuri Qusev is the Ukrainian ambassador to Azerbaijan, known for his efforts to strengthen bilateral relations between Ukraine and Azerbaijan. Recently, he met with Isa Habibbayli, the president of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, to discuss deepening scientific collaboration, including joint research initiatives and academic exchanges.
