Yuri Rostov

Yuri Rostov was a prominent Russian television presenter and journalist, best known for his role as a host on the news program 'Vesti,' which he co-anchored starting in 1991. He became particularly famous for an incident on November 7, 1991, during a live broadcast where he had a heated exchange with the director, which became a notable moment in Russian television history. After moving to the United States in the early 1990s, Rostov transitioned to the finance industry, briefly working as a broker before returning to journalism as a news department head for a Russian-language broadcasting corporation in New Jersey.
