Yurka Kalina

Yurka Kalina is a Belarusian journalist and activist currently working with the television channel 'Belsat.' He has been vocal about the challenges faced by the Belarusian diaspora in Poland, particularly after the wave of emigration following the 2020 protests in Belarus. Kalina is known for his efforts to bridge the gap between Belarusians from Belarus and the ethnic Belarusian community in Poland, advocating for greater cultural integration and support for Belarusian initiatives. He initiated the summer program 'Podlyashski Vacations,' which aims to explore and highlight the Belarusian heritage and community in eastern Poland.
