Z. Elijah Whapoe

Z. Elijah Whapoe serves as the Coordinator of the National Climate Change Steering Committee (NCCSC) in Liberia. He has been actively involved in the country's efforts to develop a national climate change policy and carbon market law, ensuring that the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) leads on the Forest Reference Emissions Level (FREL) as part of these initiatives.
