Zahrul Hakim Abdullah

Datuk Zahrul Hakim Abdullah is the Deputy Secretary-General of Policy and Development at the Ministry of Works in Malaysia. He has been involved in the analysis and implementation of various infrastructure projects, including the Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) initiative aimed at improving the efficiency of toll collections and reducing traffic congestion on Malaysian highways.
