Zaida Rovira Jurado

Zaida Rovira Jurado is an accomplished lawyer and human rights activist, recently appointed as the new governor of Guayas province by President Daniel Noboa. Prior to her current role, she served as the Minister of Economic and Social Inclusion, where she focused on promoting social welfare and economic opportunities for marginalized communities.
