Zainab Bint Taro

Zainab Bint Taro is the Head of the Transportation Department at the National Program for Reproductive Health in Mauritania. She has been actively involved in addressing the rising concerns of maternal and neonatal mortality rates in developing countries, particularly in her home country. During a recent training workshop aimed at enhancing the skills of 20 midwives in Tijikja, she emphasized the critical need for continuous training to improve healthcare services and combat the challenges faced in maternal health, highlighting the government's commitment to improving these vital health services.
