Zec Family

The Zec family is known for their previous ownership of a parcel of land in the historic Stari Grad of Ulcinj, Montenegro, which they sold to a development company. Their involvement dates back to when they obtained a construction permit in 2006 for a mixed-use building project, which ultimately faced numerous administrative challenges and led to the site remaining unfinished for over a decade.
