Željko Ražnatović Arkan
Željko Ražnatović, commonly known as Arkan, was a Serbian paramilitary leader and politician, infamous for his role during the Yugoslav Wars in the 1990s. His legacy remains controversial, and he is often remembered for both his political influence and his criminal associations, as well as for being the husband of noted Serbian singer Ceca Ražnatović.
